Imagine the fun of creating small fiber art maps inspired by poetry. You don’t have to be a poet to love this course. All you need is a creative spirit that is willing to be nurtured.
Students will create mixed media maps of an imaginary place. Each student will have fun creating haiku to conjure up poetic images of a place seen from above. The focus is on design thinking and mixed media techniques through the unique process of starting with poetry. Learn to work with sheers as well as slow stitching to create something special!
