Fabric Collage Bouquets

Supplies Students Need to Have:

    • batting, approximately 18 x 18”
    • iron and ironing board
    • parchment paper, about 1 yard
    • 2 or 3 small bottles acrylic paint
Once you receive your kit, pick colors that coordinate with the fabrics. Craft store paint is fine. I like Folk Art brand from Michael’s.
    • 3 or 4 plastic plates or something similar to use as a paint palette.
Some will be used as paint palettes and some will be used as mounts for foam stamps.
    • 3 or 4 skeins of embroidery floss and/or perle cotton
Once you receive your kit, select colors that match your fabrics.
    • embroidery needle
    • scissors, large and small
    • rotary cutter, mat and ruler
    • plastic trash bag to cover your work surface
The surface design techniques are not particularly messy. You’ll decide what works best for your space.
